Requirements

  • Hands-on AI implementation experience with measurable adoption outcomes
  • Consulting or professional services background
  • Proven ability to lead organizational change around technology adoption
  • Full professional fluency in English
  • Mathematics or engineering background with LLM/ML experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead AI implementation projects end-to-end, from scoping through delivery
  • Define roadmaps, scope, timelines, and milestones for AI initiatives
  • Drive organizational change management with skeptical or resistant teams toward adoption
  • Design and deliver enablement sessions for audiences ranging from technical teams to executives
  • Collaborate with account managers on client engagement and delivery strategy
  • Build and develop a high-performing AI delivery team

Strong written and spoken English is required across roles, since we work with international teams. JBK hires in Argentina and South America.
